Refund & Cancellation Policy
Agrik Processing Private Limited (Sargha Foods)
At Sargha Foods (operated by Agrik Processing Private Limited), customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in food products (Makhana and related items), we have specific guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns and Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed products.
- Returns/replacements are only accepted if:
- You receive the wrong product, OR
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photo/video).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- Once your claim is verified and approved, you will be eligible for either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, OR
- A replacement shipment at no extra cost.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds/replacements will not be provided in the following cases :
- Product not stored properly after delivery.
- Customer provides incorrect delivery details.
- Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners beyond our control.
- Opened or partially consumed products without evidence of damage/defect.
